Resident Head Animator
This person will lead a small group of team leaders and will be responsible for planning and overseeing the in-house activities held at the summer camp. He or she will be expected to provide a detailed day to day programme of events and activities to be held on site, including team-building and orientation games, sports activities and events such as talent shows, parties and gala nights. The head animator will also share the pastoral duties at the camp, including handling check-ins and check-outs at the weekend on a roster basis.
Resident Team Leader
The team leader will work with the rest of the group, including the head animator and the pastoral team leader, in order to entertain the students as well as to cater for their pastoral needs. The team leader will accompany students on excursions, ensuring that they are safe, accounted for and enjoying themselves. He or she will also participate in the planning and execution of all in-house activities and will occasionally be required to handle student check-ins and check-outs over the weekend.
